Our client is one of the world’s largest cybersecurity companies, whose solutions regularly receive high marks in independent evaluations. The client publishes 3–4 posts daily across multiple platforms: a corporate blog for business and home users, a specialized blog for cybersecurity experts, and Habr for IT enthusiasts.

Task

The client tasked us with crafting concise introductions for blog posts that capture the essence of the content and encourage readers to click through. These previews are posted on Telegram and X, tailored to the unique features of each platform and the target audience of the original content. The texts must be written and published within hours of the material going live.

Approach

After identifying the client’s key pain points, we streamlined their workflow. First, we formulated clear requirements for the previews based on a verbal brief and refined them based on the client’s feedback. Next, we proposed creating a dedicated channel on the client’s preferred platform to automatically receive notifications about posts requiring previews (previously, blogs had to be monitored manually to identify these posts).

To cover the wide publishing window (8 a.m. to 8 p.m.), we created a duty schedule for monitoring posts and staying in constant contact with the client throughout the day. When necessary, our in-house writers seamlessly cover for one another, as writing introductions is a core part of their work.

We set up a shared chat for our writers and the client’s editors to streamline coordination and editing.

All of this allows us to ensure a rapid response time: no more than three hours from publication of the material to the delivery of the preview.

Outcome

Since 2018, Logrus IT has been effectively providing content support for the client’s social media publications. We have optimized workflows and reduced the time the client spends on routine tasks.
