Write 10 success stories in English

Our client is a US-based B2B software developer. The company specializes in automating business processes and integrating cutting-edge innovations into its clients’ products. It also has extensive experience in building strong, interdisciplinary teams capable of delivering solutions across a broad range of industries — from business management to healthcare.

Task

The company wanted to expand its international presence, including in regions where English is not a native language. To attract potential clients, its marketing team decided to highlight the company’s strengths through a series of success stories. They selected 10 impressive projects from different sectors, interviewed key players, gathered the necessary information, and turned to Logrus IT to bring the stories to life for their corporate website.

Why us?

Logrus IT offered several key advantages that appealed to the client. For nearly a decade, our experts have been creating original content for IT companies and are deeply familiar with the subject matter. We know how to deliver clear, impactful, and easy-to-understand texts in English. Finally, we ourselves serve clients in many different industries, so we were already familiar with many of the processes, challenges, and victories the client described.

Approach

The client wanted all the case studies to follow a uniform structure, with consistent headlines and similar introductions. This would give the texts a professional appearance and help readers quickly find key information. We proposed writing a pilot case study that, once approved, would serve as a template for the remaining nine.

This would give the texts a professional appearance and help readers quickly find key information. We proposed writing a pilot case study that, once approved, would serve as a template for the remaining nine.

The selected projects spanned a variety of industries, requiring us to explore the specifics of each:

  • Gaming. Revamping an in-game monetization system and creating a revenue forecasting tool.
  • Telecommunications. Developing and launching a traffic monitoring tool for mobile internet networks; supporting a complex technological solution for telecom providers.
  • Healthcare. Creating innovative software for managing medical records and a website connecting patients with doctors.
  • Logistics. Delivering a solution for a company supplying aircraft parts.
  • Legal services. Participating in the development, testing, and deployment of a system that simplifies legal services in the U.S.
  • HR management. Automating personnel processes.
  • Product marketing. Building a system for generating A/B tests for mobile applications.

Because the target audience included non-native English speakers with varying language proficiency, the texts had to be clear and accessible — while still sounding natural. To ensure this, we agreed on the following workflow: a native English speaker would write the material, and then a non-native editor would review it. The editor ensured factual accuracy and alignment with the technical brief, simplifying wording when necessary. This worked particularly well because the editor also belonged to the target audience segment.

We quickly assembled a team for the project. It consisted of two writers (to speed up the process), one editor (to maintain consistency across all texts), and one project manager (to coordinate the team and handle communication with the client).

After delivering the pilot case, we received feedback, made revisions accordingly, agreed on a schedule, and moved on to the main production phase. On the client’s side, technical experts involved in the projects reviewed the texts for accuracy — and were pleased with the results.

Outcome

Thanks to Logrus IT’s experience in creating and translating a wide variety of content, we were able to quickly dive into 10 distinct and complex projects. We proposed an efficient approach, assembled the right team in record time, and delivered on every aspect of the task. All of this was achieved on time, within budget, and with smooth communication throughout.

The client received a set of high-quality, easy-to-read texts that clearly demonstrated their expertise in various fields — and their ability to adapt to customer needs. As a result, the company was better positioned to enter new markets.
